Registration related fees
The formal registration fee covers the
fees for a copy of the pre-proceedings, post-proceedings and a banquet. If more
copies of the conference post-proceedings are needed, please indicate the
number of copies and pay the extra fees for them, which is $80 per copy,
including $46 for publication(normally �60 per copy, and we get a discount of
40%) and $34 for delivery. Detailed post addresses are needed for delivering
the post-proceedings after they become available.

There are two kinds of registrations. One
is early registration, while the other is standard registration (On site).
Early registration must be transfer or remitting from bank.
Note that only cash or checks on bank accounts in

registration form, fill the form using Acrobat Reader and print it. Note that
the information on the form should be accurate and complete, since they will be
used for Hotel room and bus reservation. Note that the transfer or remit
confirmation should be attached at the blank of “registration fee transfer or
remit confirmation” in the registration form. Print the camera ready
registration form with your personal information, accommodation reservation,
and transfer or remit confirmation, and send it to Zha
Daren (Secretary of INSCRYPT 2009) by mailing the scan of the hard copy to zdr@is.ac.cn or faxing it to +86-10-88255549.
The accepted paper without formal
registration or representation cannot be included in the post-proceedings. That
is to say, each accepted paper should be registered by a sponsoring author.

Full refund will be made only if written notice of cancellation is received prior to November 20, 2009. $ 200 will be charged before December 6th. No refund will be made after December 6th, 2009.
Accommodation
The hotel for the conference is Beijing
Friendship Hotel. Note that only Limited rooms are reserved for the conference.
Please choose your preferred accommodations and inform us as soon as possible,
since a reservation may not be successful if it’s too late. In case your
preferred accommodation is not available, we’ll try to arrange an alternative
accommodation. There are other types of accommodations available from the
hotel, but the conference rate has a smaller discount than those listed here.
The listed discount rates are for reference only which have not been finalized
yet.

In order to get the conference discount
rate, you must reserve one of the above types of rooms before 5 December 2009,
and provide the information from the conference registration page. Note that only a limited number
of rooms of each type are reserved, and they are available only for early
reservations. You need to pay your accommodation directly to the hotel.

Note: 1 USD can buy (cash rate) about
6.82645 CNY (China Yuan, which is sometimes also informally marked as RMB) as
